In the quiet chambers of Vatican City, where centuries echo with sacred whispers, A humble servant of faith once stood, His papal mantle heavy with history.

Benedict XVI, the shepherd of souls, Guided the faithful through tempests and calm, His pontificate marked by wisdom and grace, A bridge between ancient rites and modern days.

In the shadow of St. Peter’s Basilica, He ascended the throne, white-robed and resolute, A scholar’s mind, a poet’s heart, His gaze fixed on eternity’s horizon.

“To love the church,” he declared, “Means having the courage to take difficult decisions.” And so, with trembling hands and steadfast resolve, He stepped down from the Chair of Peter.
