He played for
Hércules CF from 1941 to 1943 and
Real Madrid C.F. from 1943 to 1948. He played a total of 116 matches in
La Liga for Real Madrid, scoring 7 times, and another 37 matches in
Copa del Rey, scoring twice.

He was the only survivor of Real Madrid, 14 December 1947,
[clarification needed] played the opening match of the then-New Chamartin Stadium (later
Santiago Bernabeu stadium) against
Os Belenenses of
Portugal, who finished with a 3-1 victory.
